Job summary

Cracker Barrel in Missoula is seeking a Retail Manager to lead store operations, merchandising, inventory control, and sales growth while developing a friendly, guest-focused team. You will set the example, guide daily activities, and inspire your staff to deliver the warm hospitality we’re known for.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail management, the ability to work five 9-hour shifts weekly including holidays, and a high school diploma or GED.
