Job summary

Cura-Hospitality is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the healthcare dining team at Jefferson Hospital. You will oversee all facets of the food service department, manage staff, ensure safety standards, and drive budgeting and procurement to meet targets.

The role requires experience in food service operations, strong communication skills across levels, and the ability to work in a diverse, client-focused environment within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and company executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

• Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.
• Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated, effective Retail Manager to our healthcare team in Jefferson Hills.
