Cracker Barrel is seeking a Retail Manager in Duncan, SC to lead store operations, merchandising and inventory while developing a high-performing team.

You’ll drive guest sales, deliver a memorable shopping experience, and model a warm, confident leadership style that supports a culture of hospitality and teamwork. This role requires 2+ years of retail management and a 45-hour week with holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends.
