Job summary

Elior in TBD City is seeking an experienced assistant foodservice director to support the culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations for our account. You will oversee a broad range of activities and lead a large team.

Strong leadership, financial accountability, and excellent communication are essential as you manage staffing, service quality, and profitability across the operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years’ supervisory experience.
• At least two years’ foodservice experience.
• Proven track record of financial responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• ServSafe Manager certification (nice-to-have).
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (nice-to-have).
