Sun Tan City in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and uphold operational excellence as you supervise tanning consultants.

You will lead by example, coach staff, generate sales, manage inventory, and help control labor costs while maintaining a clean, client-centric environment. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience is required.
• Experience in beauty, salon or customer service is preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Willingness to work a 5-day week (35–45 hours).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to deliver client-centric service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members.
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to staff.
