Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail management.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn store operations.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to gain functional knowledge.
• Progress toward a store management role through hands-on training and leadership development.
