Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a career in retail management.

You will work alongside General Management teams and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and leadership exposure within our store network. As you progress, you’ll be positioned for promotion to management roles across 330+ store locations, corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Leadership experience or a related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and guest experience.
• Lead and coach a store team to meet performance goals.
• Participate in the Manager Trainee program activities and progression.
