Menards Inc. is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee program in Illinois. The role develops you for store management by working with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members. Expect hands-on training and exposure to all aspects of our retail operations.

As you progress, you’ll be prepared to take on a management role across Menards’ 330+ stores and facilities. Immediate openings are available with a path to advancement.
