Menards in the United States is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for management.

As you progress, the General Management team and Store Team Members will help you understand our business and prepare you to lead a store.

Completion opens opportunities to promote to roles across 330+ stores, corporate, facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time hands-on Manager Trainee program to develop capabilities for store management
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn our business and prepare for a management role
• Progress through the program with opportunities to promote to management positions across our store network
