Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee in the United States. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops you for a future management role within Menards’ growing organization.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a future management position across our 330+ stores and facilities. A path to advancement is emphasized within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop store teams through the Manager Trainee program.
• Progress through the training to assume a general management role in the near future.
