Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Michigan designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within our growing retail network.

As you progress through the program, you will work alongside a General Management team and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of our business and prepare for advancement to store leadership across 330+ locations.
