Job summary

Menards in Michigan is seeking ambitious individuals for its Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to prepare you for store leadership.

As you progress, you’ll work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a deep understanding of our business and prepare you to take on a management role across 330+ locations.

• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop team members to deliver great customer service.
• Assist in daily store operations and training through the Manager Trainee program.
