Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for future General Management roles. You will train with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and ready yourself to take on a management position.

Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to promote to leadership roles across 330+ store locations and our corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program to develop general management skills.

• Complete the program to become eligible for promotion across 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.
