Job summary

Windsor in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a part-time Manager in Training to support store operations and development toward a keyed store management role. You will coach sales staff, drive performance using 4‑Step selling, and ensure adherence to policies while controlling shrink and expenses.

Key tasks include coaching on selling techniques, achieving sales goals, maintaining visual standards, and participating in training and recruiting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor at store-level
• Proven leadership experience; able to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Communicates well in one‑on‑one and group settings

Responsibilities

• Applies and coaches others on 4-Step selling techniques
• Achieves personal sales goals and maintains store standards
• Follows loss prevention procedures and protects company assets
• Maintains good housekeeping and adheres to dress code
• Delegates daily operational duties and supports training and recruiting
