Windsor seeks a Manager in Training to step in as an Assistant Manager while completing courses and hands-on experience to advance to a keyed store management position. You will coach staff to meet sales goals, ensure policy compliance, and help control shrink while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes leadership of a team, participation in training and recruiting, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months working for Windsor at store level.
• Proven leadership experience to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities

• Direct sales through coaching and motivating staff to meet personal and store sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention programs.
• Oversee store operations, training, and recruiting as part of the Manager in Training program.
