Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship offers a paid 10-12 week summer program in our retail stores, providing hands-on exposure to management, sales, and store operations. Interns will travel with a Sales Representative, work with the management team, and complete a project addressing a real business issue.

Interns gain experience in sales, marketing/promotions, merchandising, CRM, and business management, with opportunities to apply for the Management and Sales Training Program

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers and contribute to sales goals with product recommendations.
