You'll learn facility operations, team management, customer service, and a path toward full-time opportunities, with mentorship and development opportunities throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2- or 4-year program in a related field.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.
• Ability to learn and apply skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across store, fuel, food, and truck care operations.
• Learn to drive sales, manage costs, and support profitability.
• Develop team leadership, staffing, and employee development practices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and standards.
• Understand and help enforce safety and company policies.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with interns and leaders.
