Job summary

The Fresh Grocer is seeking a store associate to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment. You will assist customers, keep aisles tidy, and ensure the store presents itself professionally throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, restocking supplies, and adhering to safety and company policies. The role requires good communication and teamwork, with flexible scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English proficiently.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents.
• Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly, helpful way.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling as directed.
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain restrooms.
• Replenish restrooms with soap and paper supplies.
• Clean, mop, sweep, scrub, or vacuum floors as instructed.
• Greet Customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
