Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial associate to uphold cleanliness and safety across the club. You will help keep the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor areas tidy, while assisting with cart retrieval and basic upkeep.

The role supports a team-focused environment with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and member satisfaction. Prior maintenance or janitorial experience is preferred and punctual attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform general maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Maintains high standards of safety and sanitation.
• Experience with retail environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning across the club.
• Keep floors, restrooms, and common areas clean and safe.
• Assist with cart/goods organization and outdoor grounds care.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and report issues to management.
