Qualifications

• Previous experience with loss prevention in a retail setting desired.
• Ability to confidently confront problem customers and step in during negative interactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and loss prevention software

Responsibilities

• Watch footage, walk the sales floor, and converse with staff to help identify shoplifting and fraud attempts
• Identify fraudulent activity with returns or customer interactions
• Protect company assets from shrinking both internally and externally
• Assist staff as needed with problem customers or negative interactions
• Write accurate reports about daily activities and interactions with customers
• Loop in law enforcement on issues as needed
