Responsibilities

• Completes daily tasks for Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Conducts apprehensions within policy and guidelines.
• Identifies and resolves internal and external theft.
• Maintains relationships with store management and provides customer service.
• Coordinates shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Ensures proper documentation and evidence handling in investigations.
