Responsibilities:

• Complete daily tasks related to Store Loss Prevention and safety programs.
• Maintain positive relationships with Store Management.
• Conduct apprehensions within established policies and guidelines.
• Communicate with store associates on damage and shrink initiatives.
• Identify and resolve internal and external theft.
• Adhere to shoplifter guidelines and policies.
• Provide timely, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality.
• Observe, apprehend, and deter acts of dishonesty from outside sources.
• Participate in investigations and surveillance as assigned.
• Ensure apprehensions are consistent with store theft activity.
• Complete and distribute paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain evidence and understand law enforcement procedures; participate in legal activities as needed.
• Coordinate shrink-related activities with Store Management.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and encourage associates to use shrink reduction resources.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:
