Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years banking, lending, loan operations, or financial services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, loan representatives, and third parties to obtain documentation required to process consumer real estate and small business loans.
• Schedule loan closings with lending officer and relevant parties.
• Ensure loan files comply with applicable federal and state regulations, internal policies, and bank procedures.
• Review loan information for accuracy (DTI, LTV, escrow) and other underwriting requirements.
• Prepare, review, and deliver preliminary disclosures within regulatory timeframes.
• Complete appraisal requests and title searches; prepare documents to perfect lien positions.
• Assist with insurance coordination (hazards/flood) before closing.
• Generate and review documents prior to loan closing.
• Perform pre-funding reviews of larger loan requests to ensure all conditions are met.
