Qualifikationen

• J.D. required, with 3–7 years practicing law in commercial real estate.
• Specific knowledge of multi-unit Retail leasing is preferred.
• Specific knowledge of commercial Real Estate is preferred.
• Specific knowledge of commercial Real Estate Financing is a plus.
• Experienced in contract negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to multitask across multiple real estate files.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with leasing agents regarding lease documents and deals with tenants.
• Assist leasing agents with prospective tenant proposals, including LOIs and restrictions.
• Meet with leasing agents to review lease terms and status.
• Review proposed and existing leases with Company President and respond to changes.
• Negotiate leases, modifications, waivers, estoppels, and termination agreements with tenants and brokers.
• Draft and revise new leases for tenants.
• Collect information from other departments for final lease review.
