Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in lease accounting or property management.
• Experience with lease administration processes and audits.
• Ability to communicate clearly with landlords and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Review, analyze and perform desktop audits of year end reconciliations from Landlords regarding CAM, real estate taxes and utilities.
• Analyze and process rent payments for 500+ retail stores.
• Review monthly invoices for escrow changes and ensure lease compliance.
• Maintain lease information databases with expiration dates and rent schedules.
• Collaborate with real estate, construction and design to open new locations and ensure rent payments.
