Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Lease Accountant to support the lease administration team in processing rent payments for over 500 retail locations.

The role involves auditing CAM, real estate taxes, and utilities, while maintaining accurate lease records and landlord communications. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in lease accounting or property management, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and detail oriented in managing lease data and payments.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with landlords, auditors, real estate and finance teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to meet timelines.

Responsabilités

• Review and audit CAM, real estate taxes, and utilities reconciliations.
• Process rent payments for 500+ retail stores.
• Review invoices for escrow changes and ensure lease compliance.
• Maintain lease information database with expiration dates, rent schedules, and landlord contacts.
• Collaborate with real estate, construction, and design teams on lease obligations and openings.
• Assist with data entry into the lease administration system.
• Review lease agreements and amendments for accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate daily with landlords to resolve issues and follow up on matters.
