Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development or related roles with design, facilitation, or program delivery.
• Experience developing learning experiences and training programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing settings is a plus.
• Proficiency with learning tech and digital content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and facilitate learning solutions across selling, customer experience, leadership, onboarding, and capability building.
• Adapt enterprise programs to meet Blue Nile business needs and learner requirements.
• Create engaging learning materials and performance-support tools.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed learning and manage project deliverables.
