Job summary

Circle K in Tallahassee is seeking a capable Site Manager to lead store operations, staffing, and customer service. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise employees, ensuring the site is clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards.

You will build strong supplier relationships, handle customer issues promptly, promote a safe public image, and manage financials such as daily sales, budgets, and reports. The role requires leadership, communication, and hands-on supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train use of equipment as per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked site per standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, and counseling.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Instruct staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Develop timely internal communications with staff and Market Manager.
• Create action plans to meet site objectives and organize site files.
