Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, including analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
