Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T Wireless inside retail store locations.
• Engage with customers through face-to-face conversations.
• Educate customers on wireless products, services, plans, and promotions.
• Answer questions and identify options based on customer needs.
• Support customer acquisition and retail sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Learn sales techniques, campaign operations, and performance tracking.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
• Assist with coaching and supporting newer team members as you progress.
