Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and eligibility requirements may apply for firearms and ammo facilities.
• All associates must complete required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
• Promote a culture of belonging, supervise store operations, and implement business solutions with clear guidance to teams.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, and reducing shrink while delivering customer service excellence.
• Model Walmart values, uphold integrity, and ensure compliance with policies.
