Job summary

The ideal candidate will have retail supervisory experience, with a background in managing budgets and implementing process improvements, to ensure exceptional store performance and a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings (e.g., Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Tour to teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure a high quality customer experience.
• Drive the financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
