Job summary

Serv-U-Success is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in a full-time role with a day shift (6:00am - 3:30pm). The ideal candidate will lead daily store operations, coach teams, and ensure projects are completed with excellence in a customer-focused environment.

Availability includes weekdays and weekends, with compensation starting at $18.00 per hour and up to $20.00 per hour based on experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding execution, drive results, and promote

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both in the local pod and the wider region

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
