Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong merchandising and retail knowledge.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Merchandise the store according to company guidelines to drive sales and brand growth.
• Support daily operations with strong floor presence, customer service, and safety standards.
• Open and close the store, including weekends, and perform essential administrative tasks.
• Learn, teach, and execute ONE TEAM ONE DIRECTION directives.
• Review P&L and sales reports to support budget and business needs.
• Operate inventory management system, POS, and scheduling to meet budgets.
• Conduct price changes, signage, and in-store marketing programs.
• Model punctuality, work ethic, and teamwork; be flexible to new challenges.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Follow employee handbook guidelines.
