Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management preferred.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are expected.
• Experience reviewing P&L, sales and merchandise reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing a team toward sales and profit goals.
• Merchandise the store according to company guidelines to drive sales.
• Maintain daily store operations, customer service, safety and standards.
• Open and close the store, including weekends, and support administrative tasks.
• Learn and apply the ONE TEAM ONE DIRECTION directives.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and reviews.
• Review sales reports and manage pricing, signage and marketing programs.
• Follow established processes for scheduling and inventory checks.
