Job summary

Dollar Tree in District Heights, MD is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with opening/closing, merchandise flow, and compliance with company directives.

Responsibilities include loss prevention, payroll and scheduling tasks, maintaining a clean, well-stocked store, and ensuring a positive, safe environment for customers and associates.
