Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
Assist with inventory control and shrink prevention.
Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training.
Maintain appropriate staffing levels through recruiting and retention efforts.
Provide coaching and performance feedback.
