Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and organize processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate team to execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Maximize product availability by replenishing stock from the back to the sales floor.
• Maintain a safe, customer-friendly shopping environment and adherence to policy.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to team members and act as a customer service role model.
