Job summary

adidas is seeking a Leads role in a retail setting where you will drive customer service, mentor store staff, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional shopping experiences while meeting performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will need at least 12 months of retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

• Minimum 12 months experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
