Qualifications

• 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally).

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
