Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead initiatives and support store operations to implement company programs.
• Monitor sales data and coach the team to improve store performance and customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve individual and team performance while ensuring policy compliance.
