Job summary

The Retail Team Lead at Charger Hospitality/Fiesta De Reyes in San Diego’s historic Old Town delivers an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including credit and debit card payments.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer guest questions and support sales.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining appropriate product levels throughout business hours.
• Support store organization, cleanliness, merchandising standards, and daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and pricing updates.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Communicate guest feedback, and inventory needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
