Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Lead to join our Trendz team in Estes Park, Colorado. You will supervise the performance of team members in your department and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify that merchandise is properly stocked and attractively shown.
• Ensure selling space is in clean and proper condition.
• Uphold orderly back stock and liaise with vendors to maintain proper inventory.
• Keep team members on task absent of the supervisor.
