Bathing Solutions of Southern California is hiring a Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, and events across Riverside, CA. The role focuses on initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and scheduling in-home consultations for the sales team.

You will work a flexible schedule with guaranteed hours and a $20/hour starting pay plus a $100 bonus per qualified appointment that leads to a completed consultation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, or related experience.
• Proven ability to engage strangers in retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.

Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

Riverside, CA (Primary Work Location)

Office Located in Murrieta, CA

$20/Hour + $100 Bonus per Qualified Appointment

Guaranteed 20–30 Hours Per Week

Important: While our office is located in Murrieta, CA, employees will primarily work at retail locations and events throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. This is not a daily commute to Murrieta.

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated and outgoing Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage with homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This is a proactive lead generation role focused on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a receptionist or administrative scheduling position.

What You'll Do

• Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads
• Initiate conversations and identify potential customers
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 per hour starting pay
• Guaranteed 20–30 hours per week

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required
• Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions
• Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with potential customers
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA
