Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, and community events across Riverside, CA. The role focuses on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

You will travel to local retail locations and events, with a starting pay of $20/hour plus a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment resulting in a completed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required
• Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions
• Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA

Riverside, CA (Primary Work Location)

Office Located in Murrieta, CA

$20/Hour + $100 Bonus per Qualified Appointment

Guaranteed 20–30 Hours Per Week

Important: While our office is located in Murrieta, CA, employees will primarily work at retail locations and events throughout Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. This is not a daily commute to Murrieta.

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated and outgoing Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage with homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This is a proactive lead generation role focused on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not a receptionist or administrative scheduling position.
