ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in-store Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers in Sandy, UT. Earn $20/hour with commission, plus paid training and benefits as you grow into HVAC sales advisor roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers and introduce ARS HVAC services.
• Support lead-generation and schedule in-home consultations.
• Act as a brand ambassador representing ARS with enthusiasm.
• Explain service options and system upgrades to customers.
• Schedule appointments with service technicians and advisors.
• Note: not door-to-door or canvassing.
