Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Tooele, UT is hiring Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. You will earn $20/hour plus commission with potential for $20-$30/hour on average and schedule Sunday through Thursday with weekends required.

The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and a path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available with benefits after a short period.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers; acts as product consultant.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holidays availability.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS.
• Explain service options, upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with technicians.
• Note: not door-to-door or canvassing.
