ARS is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Pasadena, TX. This sales role focuses on engaging customers, generating leads, and setting appointments for ARS home comfort solutions and energy upgrades.

The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits after probation. You will represent ARS professionally and support in-store promotions and events.

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Employment is contingent on a background check.
Sign-On Bonuses depend on experience and will be paid per offer letter.

Responsibilities

Start friendly in-store conversations about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Educate customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions.
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
