Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in Mill Creek, WA is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent ARS inside major home improvement retail locations. You will introduce customers to home comfort solutions and energy-saving upgrades.

Starting conversations about heating, cooling, and indoor air quality, you will book free in-home consultations and support promotions with a positive, store-facing presence. Weekend availability and a professional appearance are needed.

Qualifications

Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment.
Positive, energetic personality with strong people skills.
Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to the assigned retail location.
Availability for weekend retail hours and some holidays.
Professional appearance suitable for a retail environment.
Willingness to attend weekly team meetings.
