Job summary

We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air, located in Murrieta, CA, is seeking a Lead Generator to serve as a Brand Ambassador at Costco partner locations. This full-time position offers $18-$20 per hour and includes an increasing incentive bonus on installation sales.

Our Lead Generators act as Brand Ambassadors at our partner businesses as the first point of contact with customers. Located inside our partnered Costcos, the Lead Generator answers customer questions about our products and services, collects contact information, and schedules in-home customer estimates or services. This is a great opportunity if you have experience selling or canvassing and enjoy building relationships by engaging people in conversation.
